this is supposed to be obito for the
 contest..i know it dosent look exactly like him though.. bahh this is my interpritation anyways XD i think im starting to get better with colouring .. well im learing each time i do one  i might try starting on backgrounds first from now on, when i finish a subject i tend to get bored and rush the background to get it done.. hmm not good  pencil sketch (in scraps now) 5 hrs done in painter finished in paintshop pro background is stock from [link] EDIT - Naruto reference pic used obito (c) Masashi Kishimoto Comments

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
